ENGAGE: Relational Leadership for Ministry Leaders

This year’s Elders Training is all about equipping local leaders to connect well with the people they serve and pastors and elders are encouraged to attend together! Communication and connection are more than just tools of ministry as they are at the heart of how we lead in the local church. Together we will dive into the practical skills that make ministry effective, navigating hard conversations, understanding interpersonal dynamics, managing conflict with grace, and building relationships that truly matter.

This year’s speakers include Seth Pierce, Mitchell Powers, John McVay, Nate Hellman, Harold Altamirano, Charles Brown, and Benjamin Lundquist.

Onsite check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. at each location. Worship time begins at 9:00 a.m. and the day will end at 4:00 p.m.

The $20 registration fee per attendee will help cover lunch and material costs.

Pastors are highly encouraged to attend with their team of elders!
